Thank you for your interest in our Florence is Your Classroom workshop.  Choosing Renaissance Education Praxis for your professional development and by registering for this workshop, you enter into a Master Framework Agreement (MFA) for professional pedagogical services.

 

1. PROFESSIONAL B2B FRAMEWORK

Our programs are structured specifically as professional staff development.

​

• Status: This is a Business-to-Business (B2B) arrangement.

• Legal: This agreement is governed by Finnish Law. Please note that consumer protection and package travel regulations (Directive (EU) 2015/2302) do not apply, as services are provided for professional/commercial capacity.

 

2. PROGRAM FEES & INVESTMENT

The total investment for the Florence workshop with the hotel package is EUR 5,625 per delegate. This fee covers:

• 64% Educational Services: Structured pedagogical sessions and curriculum framework.

• 36% Logistical Support: High-quality accommodation, venue access, and specific itinerary inclusions.

Payment schedule:

• Deposit: A non-refundable retainer of EUR 1,000 is due upon registration to secure your place.

• Balance: The remaining EUR 4,625 is due no later than 90 days prior to the program start date.

 

3. CANCELLATION & FORFEITURE

​

Because we commit to non-recoverable costs for venues and experts, we maintain a tiered forfeiture schedule.

​

• Partial refunds of the balance (excluding the deposit) may be available for earlier cancellations; please refer to your specific Service Order for the full tier breakdown.

• Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the start date will result in 100% fee forfeiture.

 

4. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

​

• Insurance: It is a strict condition of enrollment that the client provides evidence of comprehensive travel insurance for all participating delegates. This must be submitted to the provider as a condition of service.

• Compliance: Participant eligibility is subject to the minimum delegate commitments specified in your Service Order.
